Engage in ESG with Industry Leaders

The ESG Women Leaders Academy is a program for women leading ESG transformations in their organizations and understanding that managing the complexity of modern business requires creating long-term value for stakeholders. We support leaders in implementing changes from analysis, creating strategies consistent with the business model, through non-financial reporting, to soft skills training including negotiation and public speaking.

During the 6-month program, participants gain access to practical solutions from partner companies within MASTER-MINDS:

  • Sharing participants’ experience from specific cases
  • Building an ESG product – best practice sharing
  • Seeking support groups – exchanging experiences
