Healthcare Leaders Academy is a 4-month, free development and educational program aimed at students and graduates who aspire to key positions in health care. It is a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience between representatives of the private sector and public institutions.
The goal of the program is to create a platform for training talent, future leaders with a broad understanding of the healthcare sector and its interdependencies, open to innovation and willing to take on challenges in healthcare. Individuals who will support the development, transformation and building of a new quality of healthcare. The Academy is also a place where we strengthen soft skills, focusing on developing skills in the area of leadership and working in interdisciplinary teams.
Our lecturers are top leaders, experts, practitioners and representatives of public institutions who will share their knowledge and experience.

Healthcare Leaders Academy is an interdisciplinary program, which means we are looking for people with different profiles. The program is open to: 3rd year undergraduate students, 1st and 2nd year graduate students, 3rd, 4th and 5th, 6th year unified master’s students, 3rd, 4th and 5th year engineering students, university graduates.
The program accepts the top 30 candidates under the age of 30 who have the so-called PAGA FACTOR:
