Good Always Comes Back – This belief was confirmed in this year’s edition of the Capital Market Leaders Academy, to which we invite not only those eager to gain knowledge and competencies but, above all, future leaders who value teamwork and understand that business is built on good relationships and commitment. In the spirit of this philosophy, the foundation’s Alumni contributed to the 2023 edition, including preparing inspiring case studies for their younger colleagues. Their engagement in the program for years has allowed the creation of a unique intergenerational bridge.
Workshops, lectures, and inspiring evening sessions with business leaders were indispensable during the Summer School. A highlight for the participants was the Case Study prepared by Alumni of previous editions, requiring the development of a growth strategy for a selected company to make it an attractive investment target for the fictional Paga Capital fund. During the grand finale, participants presented their work to a prestigious jury composed of partner representatives.
Leadership
The series of Leadership Sessions, the heart of the Academy, allowed participants to meet with outstanding business leaders who shared their knowledge and experience.
