Our mission for over 20 years has been to be a platform that shapes and connects generations of leaders who, with their actions, passion, and values, build a better tomorrow.
At the heart of our activities are unique, young talents – the future leaders of tomorrow. We believe that they will shape the Polish economy, so we support them in their professional career development, offering opportunities to gain experience in the best companies in the market. We also support their long-term leadership skills development and building a strong, broad network.
The Foundation was established by Ewa Paga, the wife of Lesław Paga, who, together with their daughter Paulina, actively participates in fulfilling the Foundation’s mission.
