An intensive two-week summer school program, conducted in workshop format focusing on leadership and hard skills. Sessions are held on-site by experienced managers and market practitioners, featuring engaging case studies, workshops, and evening leadership meetings, all combined with integration and building lasting relationships among participants.
A formal summary of the Summer School consisting of participants' presentations (case solutions) and an expert panel with representatives from partner companies.
A 3-6 month job offer or internship along with a further development path at the best Partners in selected areas and with market remuneration.
An annual series of leadership workshops for Foundation Alumni, combined with intergenerational integration and networking.
